1. prepare install 

yum install -y java-1.7.0-openjdk poppler-utils libreoffice \\

libreoffice-headless libreoffice-pyuno python-devel python-setuptools \\

python-imaging MySQL-python mysql-server.x86_64 python-memcached

mysql_install_db

2. init root account password

mysqladmin -u root password ‘password’

3. untar seafile

tar xf seafile-pro-server_4.0.0_x86-64.tar.gz

4. init and start seafile

service mysqld start

setup-seafile-mysql.sh

seafile.sh start

seahub.sh start

5. cp seafile-license.txt to right path

‘seafile.sh start’ will tell you the right path

6. login to web page

service iptables stop — close the firewall on seafile server

http://ip:8000

7. stop seafile

seahub.sh stop

seafile.sh stop
